Philadelphia Eagles wide receiver DeVonta Smith is putting in extra work this offseason.
According to former NFL star Chad Ochocinco, Smith aka "Slim Reaper", who is on the leaner side for a wide receiver and weighs in at 170, has bulked up.
“I guarantee you when you see him this year, you gonna be like “G-d Damn boy, you been working! He’s about 190, I kid you not,” Ochocinco said on the Nightcap podcast with Shannon Sharpe.
Chad Ochocinco says DeVonta Smith has been in the weight room bulking up this offseason, and is weighing around 190lbs right now: “I guarantee you when you see him this year, you gonna be like “G*d Damn boy, you been working! He’s about 190, I kid you not.”

Sharpe, on the other hand, found it hard to believe.
"That joker is skinny. Man, when I saw him he was skinny. The man swallowed and I watched it go all the way down to his stomach," Sharpe joked. "I'm just saying, Ocho, that's how skinny the man is."
Smith's transformation will be something to watch during the Eagles' voluntary offseason workout program and heading into training camp.
But bulked up or not, Smith is still getting paid after the Eagles signed him to a three-year, $75 million contract extension with $51 million guaranteed earlier this month.
