Yes. Swim. With the best competitive swimmers in the world and against records that no one thought could be beat. And what does it take to get there? EVERYTHING you could possbly give. The guy had a let down after the 2008 Olympics. It takes even more to pull yourself up - mentally and physically - after where he's been to come back and just be ready to do it all over again, never mind the actual competition. Phelps is a true competitor and I wish him all the best luck in the world!

After he won the eight medals in '08 he was just hanging out trying to be regular joe and do what regular 21 yo's do and make some friends. Then some a$$ wanting 2 minutes of fame took that picture and either sold it or posted it. He took a lot of heat, a lot. He hasn't been a social butterfly since. Can you blame him. That snaff could have cost him millions & millions in future endorsements, thank God he has been successful in spite of the rear ender that tried to squash him. His training regimen alone would put most guys in traction.
