The Duchess of Cambridge showed off her athletic side during a pre-Olympics event in Greenwich on Thursday.

Kate Middleton played sports at the Coach Core initiative along with Princes William and Harry the day before the opening ceremony of the Olympics.

Not only did Middleton rock at ping pong (seen above), but she also tried some soccer and judo. 

The trio later welcomed the Olympic torch at Buckingham Palace:

The Royal Family has an extremely busy schedule planned for the next few weeks as its home city of London hosts the 2012 Summer Games.
