Team USA’s star-studded Olympic basketball team has to feel pretty good about their chances at taking the gold in London. Apparently, they are so confident that they aren't even worried about being too hungover to play.

The Times reported that some members of the team celebrated their win at a local casino with copious amounts of alcohol and several Olympic volunteers.

The newspaper said that Kobe Bryant actually challenged some volunteers, known locally as "Games Makers," to a massive drinking contest and personally ponied up the dough for all of the drinks.

Bryant allegedly ordered everyone in his entourage three shots each of gin, brandy and tequila and then the paper brillliantly noted that the rest of the details "were hazy on how much was drunk and by whom."

I can just hear everyone who read that with a massive hangover and mystery bruises screaming "Duh!" at their computer, then moaning in unison.
